During our last week of term we had a S.T.E,M. day (Science, Technology, Enginering and Mathematics). There was an array of activities that included digital microscopes, bridge building, Action man bungie jumping to name but a few. The children loved all the activities and there were thumbs up for another S.T.E.M. day in Term 2.
.Thanks to Mrs Jones for organisiing a visit from our local Fire Brigade and Police. We had an information session on Cyber safety and fun activities organised by the Firies.
As part of our History Unit "Counrty and Place" we took 3B and 3J down to the beach to do some yarning circles in the sand. The children really got involved with this activity and did some fabulous drawings and story telling.
Hello everyone,
I hope your all having a wonderful Easter break. I've finally had a chance to go through all the wonderful photos I've taken during Term 1. What a fantastic group of children there are in 3B this year. I enjoyed meeting with a lot of you last term at the teacher interviews and hope to catch up with those who missed out this term. I hope you enjoy looking through these photos of the AFL gala day, games and gardening, Easter hat parade to name a few. Don't forget our excursion to Binji is this term, a reminder note will be coming home in Week 1. Looking forward to a fabulous Term 2 Nerida Bourke |
